From start to finish, Acadian was a pleasure to work with. As someone in the construction/design industry I’m pretty picky about my subcontractors and the products I use in my own home. I had 4 windows that were rotten and needed to be replaced at my home in the Bywater. Josh was super helpful with the ordering process, measuring, permitting, and kept me informed on the approximate delivery date of the windows. He walked me through selecting the best windows that would be the best fit for my historic home. Brad, my project manager for the installation was attentive, came out right away to address a concern, was professional, polite, and an all around good guy. Anderson and his install team were quick, efficient, respectful of my space, and did a great job cleaning up when everything was done. I would highly recommend Acadian for any window needs you might have!

Acadian did 3 jobs for me. They changed our fascia and gutters, installed a new metal double door on the back of my house, and replaced all of our windows. Each crew had a leader that you could talk to, ask questions of them, and get an immediate answer. Everything was done in a very professional way. They were on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. While changing my fascia, they found (2) 20 foot long 2 x 12's on my porch that were rotting out. Within an hour, I had a quote to replace them and within (4) hours they job was done. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for siding, gutters, doors, or windows.

We’ve worked with three Baton Rouge window companies and found Acadian the easiest and best to work with. They were able to offer us color options other companies weren’t. After recommending Acadian Windows to my neighbors and friends I finally was able to experience the installation of replacement windows on my house. I highly recommend this company everyone was very professional. The sales presentation and installation was top notch. The installation was completed in about six hours including clean up. It's been a few months since the installation and now have a nice savings on my utility bills due to the quality of the windows. They also installed operable aluminum shutters on the exterior which dressed up the front of my home. Thank you for the great service and professionalism.
